Common questions
Do we need any AI experience to run this?
No. The videos do all the teaching. Your facilitator just plays them in order and guides the activities, no AI knowledge needed.
Can we run it virtually?
Yes. The workshop works equally well in person or over video. You need a screen, speakers and an internet connection.
How long do we have access to the materials?
Three weeks from your workshop date, including all videos, worksheets, the follow-up email series and email support.
What if we want a trainer to lead it?
A facilitator-led option is available for both in-person and virtual sessions. Get in touch and we will put together a proposal for your team.
Will this teach us how to use specific AI tools?
This workshop focuses on core concepts rather than one specific tool. The skills you gain apply across ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini and similar tools. Hands-on tool sessions are available in later modules.
What about data privacy? Is it safe to use AI at work?
The workshop covers how to think about this. As a general rule, avoid putting confidential or customer data into public AI tools unless your organisation has enterprise versions with privacy protections. We help teams build this awareness.
