Put people first when
AI makes the call.
A hands-on workshop that gives your whole team a simple, shared way to spot and handle the ethical risks of AI at work, no technical background required.
Ethical AI is about human choices, not technical expertise.
AI is already making
decisions about your people.
Hiring tools, customer service bots and performance monitoring are quietly shaping how people are treated, often before anyone has asked whether it is fair, accountable or safe. Most teams have no shared way to raise these questions.
-
Bias goes unchecked
-
No one is accountable
-
Risks surface too late
What you actually walk away with
-
Hands-on with real workflows, not vague theory or endless slides.
-
Practical skills your team applies the very next day.
-
Follow-up resources that make the learning stick for weeks.
-
Everyone leaves energised and confident, not overwhelmed.
